Anonymous usage

• No user accounts or persistent identifiers are created.
• The app does not track or profile users.

Email Addresses

If you choose to submit an email address to obtain a verification code, we:

• Do not verify ownership of the submitted email address.
• Automatically delete the email address within 48 hours of submission, except in the case of a serious enquiry.
• Do not hash or alter the email address (it is stored in its original form to enable communication).
• Do not sell or share the email address with any party.
• Cannot process individual deletion requests during the retention period.

Cookies

• Essential cookies (e.g., session tokens) are used for app functionality.
• No analytics or tracking cookies are deployed.

• Emails: Solely to communicate after a proof-of-stake amount is verified.
• Cookies: To maintain session integrity (transient and automatically deleted).

Extended Use of Email Address (Serious Enquiries)

By submitting your proof-of-stake amount, you consent to:

• Retention of your email beyond 48 hours.
• Future communications (e.g., updates or follow-ups).

You may request deletion at any time. Once deleted by your request:

• No further communications will be sent to you.
• Any future interaction will be treated as a wholly new interaction.

We do not store identifiable data by default. Under the GDPR, the following rights apply:

• Access: We are unable to handle individual access requests. We cannot verify whether a specific email belongs to you, nor can we confirm/deny its presence in our system, to protect other users’ privacy.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your email (if retained due to a serious enquiry).
• Withdraw Consent: For extended use, via the email address that will communicate with you.

Note: Due to automatic deletion, we cannot process requests for emails within the 48-hour window.

• Emails are stored securely and deleted automatically within 48 hours, except under the conditions noted above.
• Data is neither shared nor sold to third parties.
