Terms & Conditions

LuxuryLuxe (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates under this Terms and Conditions agreement. By purchasing from LuxuryLuxe, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Seller Identity. LuxuryLuxe is a private brand name operated by an individual. LuxuryLuxe is not a registered company. All transactions are conducted directly between the buyer and LuxuryLuxe.
  2. Pricing & Currency. All prices are stated in United States Dollars (USD) only. Prices in Bitcoin communicated to buyers are final and exclusive of any taxes. LuxuryLuxe does not charge or display VAT, GST, or equivalent taxes.
  3. Payments. Payments are arranged individually between LuxuryLuxe and the buyer. LuxuryLuxe reserves the right to decline or cancel any transaction at its sole discretion.
  4. Delivery. LuxuryLuxe will arrange and provide delivery internationally via a courier service of its choosing. LuxuryLuxe assumes responsibility for delivery until the item has been received by the buyer.
  5. Refunds. Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:
    1. The buyer receives an incorrect product.
    2. The purchased product fails to arrive within three (3) months of payment being processed.
    Refunds will not be issued for any other reason, including (but not limited to) change of mind, resale value, or buyer’s circumstances.
  6. Certificate of Prestige. Each purchase is accompanied by a Certificate of Prestige, issued by LuxuryLuxe, as part of the product package.
  7. Limitation of Liability. LuxuryLuxe’s liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product or the refund conditions described above. LuxuryLuxe shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of prestige, reputation, or opportunities.
  8. Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising from a purchase shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration in South Africa, under an arbiter appointed solely by LuxuryLuxe. The arbiter’s decision shall be final and binding.
